It is the contention of this panel that the continued obfuscation of facts on the part of ex-officials of the Revolutionary Guard serves only to cloud the satisfactory resolution of this matter. This panel recommends that said prisoners, eyewitnesses to these events, be remanded to the custody of Parliament.
