“You don't have to go along with me,” I said to the bodyguards Jaxon assigned to me.
“Am sorry ma that was the instructions given to us by Mr Jaxon”. One of them replied.
Now being the hottest and biggest business figure in town, I very well understand why Jaxon didn't want me walking alone in the streets of Washington by myself. It was for my own safety and prior to what must have happened to his parents years back he might have put it into consideration and wanted to prevent the same incident from repeating itself.
But, the Jaxon I know cares less about what I do, so having to assign bodyguards to me was a first for me, that It surprised me.
