Sandy sighted that Merry went out to make a call, she quickly ended her announcement and went outside to see her,on getting there she saw Merry annoyed face and she sighed “ What is it this time ” Sandy said

“ Arghh , it's my mum again, she wants me to go out on a date with some random guy ” Merry snorted

“ Wow she already knows about Chris that fast ” Sandy snapped

“ And that just want I can't get past , how she knows everything going on in and around my life” . Merry has faced constant heartbreak in the past years and of course her mum was dead serious about the blind date. She's fed up on the fact that her parents are trying to hook her up with some guy that put up his profile on an app, she rolled her eyes at the thought.

“ Merry, what are you going to do now , you can't keep Jean waiting. Sandy said . Originally she thought Merry wanted to run away Lila a scared cat and used a phone call as an excuse, that was why she followed her out. But there seems to be a bigger problem.

“ I really don't know what to do, but at this stage of my life maybe I should give it a try , who knows ” Merry said , she suddenly remembered how she has been turning down her parents offers considering blind dates and all, and it hasn't gotten her anywhere

“ Merry, you sure , you don't have to do it if you don't want to, you know ” Sandy was nothing but supportive to her ever since Chris broke up with her . She might not be grateful for a lot of things like her job and relationships status

But she's forever grateful for having such a wonderful friend as Sandy Bassey.
