As soon as Emeliana answers the phone, she puts in on loudspeaker and faces Luca, both of them prepared to hear what Amethyst has to say.
“Amethyst…” Emeliana calls out swiftly, a serious frown now appearing on her face as she pays careful attention to whoever might respond to her.
“Emeliana… thank God…” They both hear the sound of Amethyst’s vice, making Emelina let out an exhale through her nostrils as she glances at Luca, finding him paying as much attention as she is.
“You need to leave, right now. They’re onto us…” Amethyst then says before Emleiana has the chance to answer any questions. Emeliana pauses for a second, not wanting to be s quick to believe what Amethyst is saying considering the amount of times Amethyst has lied to her.
