Isla woke up with Johanne’s arms around her. She turned to his side and planted a soft kiss on his forehead. She stood up and gently pushed her boyfriend’s arm away from her. She tiptoed to the bathroom and did her morning routine before going to school.
When she was done, Johanne was still sleeping. She decided to go to the kitchen and make them breakfast. She quickly made waffles and cooked bacon and eggs. She put the coffee machine working and put them on the tray once she was all done.
She looked at the clock and still had enough time to give Johanne’s breakfast in bed. She carefully carried the tray to the bedroom and saw Johanne still sleeping.
She sat next to his bedside and lightly patted his shoulder, “hey bunny, wake up. Time for breakfast.”
