(On the same night…)
Johanne was watching TV on their living room couch while Isla was busy cleaning their plates. They had lunch and they finished packing to visit her parents today. And since it was a two-hour drive to their farm house Isla thought of renting a car.
She sat down next to Johanne with her laptop, “bunny, I’m done with everything and I’ve booked us a rental car to drive to my parent’s farm.”
Johanne was surprised, “rental car?”
“Yes, remember I told you this is just going to take us almost four hours to drive to our farmhouse. It’ll be so much better to drive there and see the view. You won’t regret this, I promise,” Isla smiled.
“I know I won’t,” he smiled back.
She puts her laptop down and leaned in to kiss Johanne again, “I’ll get ready then.”
