Jihyo just gave rise to the awkwardness in the atmosphere between us because of what he said. He caused me to feel uneasy all of a sudden.
“Or I think maybe we can't?” he raises a question once again, pushing me out of my thoughts.
It is actually not that bad, but because of the way that he said it… just feels really weird, and it is very uncomfortable for me for some reason.
“Um, well… yeah,” why do I even feel so nervous to speak? “Yes, Jihyo. Of course, we can, w-why not?” I giggle as I stumble through my words.
He is simply just observing me like being amused about how tensed I am and he responds with a smile.
