“I'm sorry.” Those two words just keep on repeating in my mind as I stare out of the windowpane of the plane. My whole self forfeits in my thoughts as I could not even think straight, I feel like I just made the biggest mistake of my life. And that is leaving him without even saying goodbye.
His look when he was desperately calling for me back in the airport kept on bothering me. My heart starts to beat rapidly the moment that I saw him. I wanted to run towards him, I wanted to hold him again, I wanted to make him stop crying.
But I reminded myself that this will be the best thing to do, leaving him is the best option, and I am only doing this for him.
I got pulled back to reality when I feel warm hands touching my cheeks. It is Jihyo, wiping my tears away.
