Chapter 10: the start of the second Hellmageddon

Astell, Valfore, Benny, November, Van, Serif and Jessica were at home, waiting for Alex to come home. They knew Alex could beat Cainterra with their own strength. Plus, Jessica was still recovering and was even worse, and needed the extra assistance.

[[WITH CHARLIE...]]

Cainterra dealt a deadly strike to Alex. "Well, what'd you think? I call it 'Death's strike back'. I can only use it once. However, it was needed just now." "J-just with one hit, you've already killed me... It's not just about us anymore, is it? once we're all gone, you'll kill every demon, every angel...No. Human, Zombie, Vampire, Nazi....Whatever you are.... I won't let that happen. I made a promise to Lily, to give you hell. I will strike you down." Alex changed to their Athanatos Angelos form. "You're gonna have to try a little harder than that." They began using an Axe weapon they got which had changed strength and ability with the form of the owner, the owner being Alex the Athanatos Angelos, aka Charlie. They swung the Axe at Cainterra, causing intense pain for her. She used a shooting knifes attack, which dealt at least ten percent of Athanatos' health. Athanatos Alex used the axe to slice off her left arm, taking away part of her defense. Cainterra was in so much pain. However, she had another trick up her sleeve. She summoned three knives behind Athanatos, without them knowing. each behind their heart directly. The knives pierced through. Charlie used their final moments to speak to their friends.

"Charlie...?" Emily was worried. "Not even that was enough..." "Charlie! Are you alright!?" Jessica was very afraid of losing Charlie. "I'm sorry I didn't trust you when I had the chance, Jessica..." Charlie was growing weaker. "Child, do not worry about that, we must help you." "No. It's too late. It's been too late." Charlie took the life energy given by Lily and Jack, and their own life energy, and gave it to Emily. "Charlie, what are you doing?" "I'm sorry I couldn't be there when you beat Cainterra. I'll be back before you know it, once she's dead, okay?" Then Charlie died. Emily was left clueless on what to do.
