Karin touched her belly tenderly as a tingle travelled down her spine and she smiled absently. Greyson had been relentless in his love-making despite the exhaustion of his duties. As he’d promised his father, he had made the time and perhaps it had paid off. Another tingle rippled along her spine making her already tender innards ache as she wandered the main hall. It made her shiver some in delight as she remembered the things he’d done to her and the things he’d had her do and the passion between them. It brought goosepimples to her skin and another shiver and her smile widened as she imagined the next night with anticipation. In the meantime, she would relish the memories and let her body ache and crave him. She was provided however, one distraction. Both Ferrydean Snr and Jnr had been called into the fields to settle a boundary dispute and poor Grace was suffering a nasty chill which left Karin to take care of Faith. Bane as always was on hand to help, putting himself between the child and the fireplace and allowed her to explore with him. Karin watched on as Faith pulled his tail and his ears and then chuckled and clapped when he shook and then licked her.
Finding her wandering tiresome, Karin sat easily in Greyson’s chair and picked up one of his shirts. He’d torn the sleeve while roughhousing and had asked that she repair it. She curled up comfortably and began her sewing. She hummed a gentle tune as she did so and alternated her gaze between the shirt and Faith. Soon though, she had to abandon the shirt as Faith toddled to her, using the furniture to cruise along and wanted a cuddle. Karin happily obliged and nestled the girl into her. She began her tune again and gently rocked them both side to side. Faith yawned and started to snuffle at her. Karin laughed quietly. “You won’t find anything there, sweetheart.” She cooed but Faith started to fuss and claw at her dress. “Ok, ok.” She offered with a soft sigh, “But I’m telling you, there’s nothing in there for you.” She untied the collar of her dress and pulled her slip down over her shoulder. Faith immediately took the n****e and latched on. She fussed for another moment and Karin laughed. “Told you so.” She chuckled but oddly, Faith didn’t let go. Instead, she settled and Karin furrowed her brow. “Fair enough.” She said and began her lullaby a third time, rocking gently.
“I didn’t know you had milk.” Grace said as she placed a cup of her own down for Faith. Her presence made Karin jump and Grace smiled warmly. “Forgive me Mistress.” She offered apologetically with a sniff. She wiped her nose gently and tucked the handkerchief up her sleeve. “I didn’t mean to startle you.”
“No need.” Karin told her warmly and then looked down at Faith suckling away. “And I don’t have any. I think maybe she just wanted the comfort.” She smiled at the milk and nodded. “Thank you for this.” She said, “I’ll feed her. You should be resting up.”
“As you wish Mistress.” Grace sniffed again and bowed her head in respect before smiling once more. “If I may Mistress.” She offered politely, “You’re a true natural at this. Something tells me you won’t need me at all.” Karin laughed and nodded in thanks before Grace turned about and quickly left, sneezing loudly as she left the hall. The sound disturbed Faith and she began to cry.
“Oh, sweetheart.” She cooed softly and picked up the milk cup. “Would you like some real milk now?” She held the cup gently to Faith’s mouth and let it dribble in slowly so she could drink. As usual, much of it went down her front and down Karin’s dress but Faith managed to take most of it and then started crying again as she turned her head back to Karin. “Alright.” She sighed gently, “You can have it back but only for a little while, ok? I have to finish your brother’s shirt.” Faith gave a small burp in response and quickly latched onto her again. Not long after, the child fell asleep and Karin found herself dozing gently with her.
“I’m telling you Father, they won’t give up.” Greyson sighed as he handed Brock’s bridle to the groom. “Give it another week and one of them will shift the fence and it’ll all start again.”
“I know.” Ferrydean replied as he did the same with his own steed. “But at least we’ll have some peace until then.”
“Not if I get there first.” Greyson said firmly. “I’m thinking to commission a stone wall, then neither of them can complain and if they do, I can always decline a new lease until they sort it out.”
“You sound more like me every day.” Ferrydean chuckled as he climbed the steps slowly. His knees and back were hurting again. “Ugh, I feel so old.” He groaned.
“You are old Father.” Greyson quipped with mirth.
“Easy boy.” Ferrydean said, “I’m not for the grave just yet and I can still whip you good.” He raised his hand in joke and tried to cuff Greyson upside the head. He couldn’t reach.
“Would you like me to fetch you a box, Father?” Greyson chuckled as he patted the bald patch on his father’s head and laughed. He then ran inside as Ferrydean lifted his boot to kick his son up the backside. “Missed again!” After enjoying their joke, the pair walked easily through into the main hall and Greyson put his arm around his father’s shoulders and gave him a warm hug. Ferrydean slapped Greyson’s chest and made for his chair. Neither had seen Karin yet curled up with Faith.
“Oh!” Ferrydean yelped as he turned to his chair and spotted Karin finally. He quickly averted his gaze. “Oh my!” He kept his voice quiet though as he could see she and Faith were quite asleep.
“That’s new.” Greyson chirped with a quiet laugh as he saw the pair and picked up his shirt from the floor. She hadn’t been able to finish the sleeve but he didn’t mind. He carefully covered Karin’s modesty and crouched down, stroking Faith’s head gently. She snuffled some and started suckling again which woke Karin. “Hey you.” He said quietly with a warm smile.
“Oh my!” Karin yelped in fright and gripped the shirt as a deep blush rose up her neck and covered her entire face. “Good Lord forgive me! I didn’t hear you come in.”
“It’s fine.” Ferrydean chuckled, still keeping his eyes firmly away.
“She just wanted some comfort, I swear!” Karin yelped as she carefully detached Faith from her and pulled her dress up. This didn’t sit well with Faith and she began to cry and claw at the fabric.
“I said it’s fine.” Ferrydean repeated, finally turning his head to look at her, but he made sure to keep his eyes on hers only. “Would you like me to retire elsewhere while you continue?”
“I uh…” Karin stammered before looking to Greyson.
“I don’t mind.” Ferrydean continued. “It seems Faith isn’t done with you anyhow.”
“I…” She stammered again, “I mean, thank you?” She shrugged and laughed nervously and Ferrydean happily got back to his feet. He bowed and then averted his eyes once more as he whistled a tune and walked away. “Um…” She said then dropped her dress and slip again. Faith eagerly clawed at her and latched on once more, settled again almost instantly. Greyson sank to his knees by the chair and rested his chin on his forearms on the chair arm. Karin blushed again and carefully hid herself away with his shirt.
“Don’t do that.” He said, pulling it away again. “It pleases me to watch you with her.” He reached out a little and gently pulled the dress and slip down further before tucking it under her breast. He then stroked Faith’s wispy hair, curling it gently around his finger before repeating the action.
“Grace says I’m a natural.” Karin told him.
“I agree.” He replied smoothly and then leaned over, kissing Faith stop the head. “So, is she actually feeding?”
“No.” Karin said, shaking her head gently, “I’m dry.”
“Are you sure?” He asked. “Your dress is damp.” Karin picked up the milk cup from earlier and showed him. “Oh.”
“Grace came by a while ago with it.” Karin explained. “Poor girl can’t nurse until her chill has passed. Can’t have Faith catching it.”
“Understood.” Greyson said and let his chin rest again on his arms. He seemed mesmerised with the scene.
Eventually, Faith seemed to have had enough and traded Karin for her thumb. Karin took Faith upstairs into her nursery for a full nap and then went into the bedroom to change her dress. Greyson followed and leaned against the bedpost as he watched her. He licked his lips and adjusted his trouser leg somewhat. “It was nice watching you downstairs.” He mused as he took in her vision by the window. The sunlight hit her just right and he could see her figure beneath the slip. Karin smiled softly as she felt his eyes on her. That tingle made her shiver again.
“It was, wasn’t it.” She replied smoothly. She pulled a clean dress from the trunk and then laid it out before moving to a smaller one next to it. She took a clean slip from that one and laid it with the dress. She then pulled her slip up and over her head, turning her hip a little. “I might have to do it again sometime.” She gave him a sideways glance and he growled quietly.
“Oh that does it!” He moved quickly to her. After grabbing her by the hips, he lifted her and then stepped back to the bed. He fell into it with her atop him and grabbed her by the throat, pulling her head down to kiss him deeply. “Almighty!” He grunted as she quickly unbuttoned his trousers, “Who are you, woman?!” She wouldn’t have to wait until the night. Standing proud, Karin carefully pulled his trousers below his hips, sheathed him within and felt instant bliss once more.
“I am who you’ve made me.” She sighed as she moved her hips, feeling him move inside her. He lifted briefly, pulling his shirt up before he grabbed her about the hips and laid back down again. His feet dangled and rocked gently off the end of the bed with her movement. She rocked her hips and rode him, quickly bringing herself to a powerful release and he watched her with lust and urgent need. Her nails dug into his chest and he gritted his teeth as he battled with his body not to end this too soon. He lost. She spread her knees wider, pinning him down and leaned her body forward just enough for him to press to her core. He tensed beneath her and she felt him release. He roared through gritted teeth and grabbed her hips tight, forcing her to keep moving and eventually, he threw his head back into the bed and shouted loudly before letting her go. Karin smiled down at him before smoothing her hair back and moved atop him just once more to milk him dry. “And don’t think for a single second Greyson Ferrydean.” She breathed, “That I don’t know just how much you love it.” She squeezed herself on him, making him groan loudly before she released him and got up. She quickly shuffled off the bed and put her clean slip and dress on. She then blew a kiss at him as he lifted up onto his elbows and left the room. Greyson could only laugh and flop back down again to catch his breath.
The evening meal made for an interesting event with Ferrydean feeling like he was missing the joke as he watched his son and Karin smirk at each other across the table. As usual, Greyson had Faith on his knee and fed her from his plate, flinching as he always did when he lingered and she bit his finger. Karin laughed and chuckled the entire time between small mouthfuls and then blushed when Ferrydean lifted an eyebrow at her. “Something to share?” He asked.
“No Sire!” Greyson quipped.
“Nothing at all Sire.” Karin giggled.
“Right.” Ferrydean said, putting his cup down. “Whatever it is, you two, take it elsewhere.” He then motioned for Greyson to hand his baby sister over. Greyson did so and Karin quickly left the table. She made it as far as the corridor before Greyson had her skirts up and her legs wrapped about him again. The kitchen maids shuffled past as quickly as they could, blushing and giggling as they went about their chores and Ferrydean could only sigh in defeat. “Oh, my sweet child.” He said, “To be young again and in love.” He laughed quietly. Faith giggled and picked up a sliver of meat. She held it up to him to feed him. “Thank you.” He chuckled as he chewed on it. Betty came into the main hall shaking her head and cleared the table before taking another route back out again. Ferrydean shook his head and laughed again as he heard Greyson shout. “At least he isn’t trying to put a hole in the wall, I suppose.” He sighed and then opened his mouth as Faith pressed another slice of meat against his lips. “Thank you Faith.” He grinned at her. A few minutes later, Greyson returned to the hall with a wide grin and Karin quickly shot upstairs. “Aren’t you bored by now, son?” Ferrydean asked across the room. Greyson laughed and returned to the table.
“Would you be?” He asked back as he adjusted his trousers a little and sat down.
“When I said elsewhere, I didn’t mean within earshot.” Ferrydean chided with a smirk.
“She started it.” Greyson protested with a grin.
“Well, carry on like that.” Ferrydean told him, “And you won’t have seed left to plant.”
“I don’t need to.” Greyson replied smoothly as he picked a slice of meat from his father’s plate. He tore a piece off between his teeth and grinned again. Ferrydean nearly choked on his wine as Faith giggled and banged her hands on the table.
