Here I am, face to face with Josh. He is just staring at me. First I saw confusion in his eyes, and now I see downright hate. What did I do so wrong? He has a girlfriend. He has not showed me any type of care for the last 3 years. Its just been me and Lucas.

"Lucas, I...." I started but Lucas came across the room so fast and put a finger against my lips.

"Dont talk. Just please, don't just throw aside what we could have. Please give me a chance." Then he kisses me again. At first I'm stunned. His mouth feels so good against mine. "I do too. Im scared though. What if we don't work out?" I tell him. "I couldn't take losing my best friend."
