Time passed…and Maybell was sure that they both were seconds from falling to sleep content and satisfied in each other’s warmth…but as much as Maybell wanted to bask in that moment, in the final definite moments of her nightmarish trauma starting to end….Maybell gathered up her courage to push aside her own personal victories and she decided to confront the issue that now remained between them.
