A soft breeze dances, over his body, cooling his heated skin. Her warm body was still nestled in his side. He opens his eyes expecting the darkness but he is confused when he sees the sun already high in the sky. Turning his head to look at the clock over his shoulder he is shocked to find it well past ten in the morning. I slept through the night... He turns back and stares into the bluest blue eyes he had ever seen. Drowning in their depths as he smiles and leans forward to kiss her swollen lips. Sighing into his kiss she runs her fingers over his bare chest, teasing his n*****s into taught little buds before releasing his mouth. A soft moan escapes his lips and a satisfied smile spreads over her lips. oh boy, that was an amazing night, absolutely mind-blowing she muses as she nips his bottom lip and makes her way down his chin and neck... Such a masterfully sculpted specimen....kissing down his chest as her hands slides down his chiseled abdomen and following the perfect vee cut of his hips to the deliciously hard c**k below and he doesn't stop her, reveling in the glow of her touch. She brings him to the brink of ecstasy before letting him simmer down, only to repeat the process, bringing him right to the edge before letting off. The building anticipation was just too much for his body, as he tips over the edge on her next plunge, he feels like a young boy losing his virginity to her. She quite literally blew his mind. Deeply satisfied he pulls her over and returns the favor.
Just before lunch, they stumble out of bed and into the kitchen. Bacon and eggs for lunch seem to be the favorite option, so that is exactly what they make. Fresh coffee and food in hand they step out onto the porch and watch the waves in the distance. "What time do you have to leave?" she breaks the silence, "whenever I feel like it" he answers joking, and she laughs, ...the sound is one he finds he truly likes...one he wouldn't mind hearing regularly. Not sure where that thought came from he contemplates his options. He never wanted to talk or spend time with any of the girls back home. Why is he having breakfast and a conversation with this one?... Not being able to control his mouth he continues the small talk, enjoying the opportunity to spend more time with Jess. Conflicted about his emotions. He doesn't need more complications in his life, he just needs a place he can escape to from time to time. He doesn't need a relationship, monogamy has never been his way. He prefers the wham bam, thank you mam type of girl, it makes it easier to get out without feelings getting involved. But with Jess...
"So what are your plans for the day?" he asks while taking their dishes back inside. "not much, my assistant is in the office, and will call if there is an emergency, so I'm taking the day off. How about you?" "Well, in that case, I think I might just stay another day, keep you company if that's not too forward of me?" he chuckles and she bursts out laughing, "full of yourself aren't ya" she teases, then adds "that would be lovely" smiling at him. They clean the dishes and then head out for a walk along the beach. Talk about life, and things happening in their lives.
"I'm selling the cottage, or at least it is in the market to be sold" she shares as they continue along the shoreline. "Why would you want to sell this piece of heaven?" he questions in surprise, making a mental note to let his assistant Shirley know. This is the perfect place to buy... "well, since my dad passed I just haven't been here that much, and maintenance is high, besides, living here alone is not ideal, especially with my occupation, being in town makes more sense" "I guess" he thinks, "what are you looking to get for the place?" she gives him a figure and he gawks at her, stunned that she would not want more, "why so little? it's surely worth twice that at least?" "Probably, but in this place and this market I would be lucky to get this, I mean it's been in the market for months now, you have been the only booking for almost two years, and I kinda like my creature comforts so this is just a drain, unfortunately." "well, I love this place, it's been good to me", he winks at her. They laugh and he sobers " I truly love it," he continues "I was talking to my assistant yesterday to look for something similar, but why go for something similar when you can have the real deal" he smiles excitedly. "But of course, as I said before, the price is simply not right, I will have Shirley send over an assessor, if you don't mind, to get the real value," he says and she opens her mouth to protest, "and before you start worrying about the costs, It will be on my dime, and if the value comes out less than your price, I will give you double, and if it's more, well, like I said, I would pay more for this piece of tranquility."
"You are serious?" she questions, "oh definitely, I absolutely love this place" he confirms. "Well, then I accept your offer, whichever it may be" she laughs, uncertain of what else to do, I mean it is ridiculous to want to spend the money for an assessor to tell you that the price as it is, is well above the market value...hey but who am I to argue with extra cash in my pocket? " Give me a sec, I can get Shirley to arrange everything for tomorrow. if that's ok?" "you sure?" she asks and he just nods, rolling her eyes she nods in agreement and James pulls his phone from his pocket and quickly dials Shirley's number. "hi Shirley"..." yeah it is fantastic, I might just stay"... he laughs at something she says, then clears his throat," yeah well, I need you to arrange something for me... great, I need a property assessor to come to the cottage where I'm staying, .... because I found what I was looking for...yes, I know they are very affordable...I want to ascertain the price is correct... no I'm not being stiff...Shirley... ok, Shirley listen to me, I need the assessor to make sure the value is correct cause in my opinion the price is well below what it should be, and I do not intend to knock over any local inhabitants just because the price seems great for my little splurge, thank you." Jess' eyes are wide at the brisk manner of his speech, she can hear the voice apologize on the other end and she chuckles to herself" ... well I'm not coming back without it...yes, I'm serious...great, let me know what time, Thanks Shirley, talk to you later." he says and hangs up.
James takes a deep breath and looks out over the water seeming to gather his thoughts before turning back to Jess with a smile on his face, "my apologies for raising my voice" he says sheepishly and she giggles, covering her mouth " I thought you might bite her head off" she says and they both burst out laughing. Once they both stop laughing he tells her about the conversation and how they seem to think he is joking about getting away. A sad look passes over his handsome face and she feels the need to comfort him. She grabs his hand and they continue their walk. "So what will you do out here, how will you make a living, I mean, the city life is way different than out here, and it is not for everyone" he looks at her confused she doesn't know who he is...refreshing...
"I'm a business owner, I can work wherever I have an internet connection, so despite the remote location, I can still stay on top of everything." he decides to go with the truth, well, a partial truth I guess since my business is a multi-billion dollar empire, but who's counting right? "oh, that is great!" she exclaims maybe a little to enthusiastically so to hide it she quickly continues, " being able to work from home, and run your company successfully is probably the ultimate goal of everyone or at least those that need more than the concrete jungle has to offer" she shrugs as her eyes try to hide a sadness he knows all too well. "yes, that is the goal here, it's why I am interested in purchasing your land." "As I said, it's yours, if you want it. And I'm more than happy with the price as it is." she adds, smiling at him and before he can say anything she changes the subject. "oh wow, look at the sunset, I completely lost track of time," she says quickly, and they stare at the sun setting in the distance, each lost in their thoughts.
