In the present time, Dranreb's world had fallen apart as Leah was still ain't nowhere to see. His men were zealously scouring the whole place but any signs of Leah had none to be found.
"Son, maybe you should have to accept that ..." Rico tapped Dranreb's shoulder.
Rico was a great father to Dranreb despite from being involved in an illegal syndicate in his past he surpassed that kind of living. He is now supervising his own auto shop and live in a reputable life with his wife, Amelia, and son.
"Accept?! What dad? That I am such a loser." Interrupted his father from talking.
Dranreb took a deep sip on his e-cigarette and blew out from underneath his chest like he was trying to throw out all the ill-feeling torturing his internal bleeding heart.
"Okay, listen.. Not all things in this world that you wanted will be yours. Others might took a long period of time before you totally have it. In God's precious perfect time, just wait for it. Maybe now, you just have to wait... wait for the right timing and or right person." Rico stated in sincerest father and son convo.
"Dad, I admit it I am not that typical guy that ladies would be dreaming of.. but I am true to what I felt about towards her. From that day I saw her in the cemetery I can't stop thinking about her. Her angelic face made me feel heaven on earth. I really admire Leah. I will give everything to her that's why I took her out in that dirty mushy bar and promised to provide her living. But........ where is she now?.." Dranreb said.
Dranreb sat down on the hallway as a child who lost his favourite toy, his eyes drooped from weariness, tears begun to fall and pain started to growl. He was like a strong lofty tree that had his sudden downfall.
"Oh my goodness! My son.. be a tough guy!" Amelia embraced his son with comfort and loving warmth of a mother to his child.
Amelia, Dranreb's mother, was a stubbornly, smart, sophisticated professor in a prominent university in the city. She met Rico in a disco bar back in her teenage days when her beauty blooms in its peaks.
"Mom.. Thanks.. " as he held his mother's hand.
Then Ivo came with a glass of wine in his hands.
"Dude, I can't imagine a freaking guy will cry like that! Stop that! You'd gone crazy over her. Stupid love makes sense!" Ivo blurted.
His bestfriend teases him for he was acting far from his true colours, a Dranreb he once knew was an arrogant, rough, coarse person. Their ten years of friendship was an eye-witness of his loutishness. However, in this moment of Ivo's entire life with him, he saw a different side, brighter soft side of Dranreb.
"Dude! I just love her, that's all.. I can't explain why or even how?!.."
