CHAPTER 2

The day was bright and the sun was shining at its peak. Daciana whined her eyes due to the rays of the sunlight which rested on her face, tired, she yawned and rubbed her eyes with the back of her palms. As thoughts ran through her mind, Daciana scanned around the room which she shared with her sister, looked at the side of the bed and noticed that her sister was still asleep.

With excitement, Daciana got down from the bed, tomorrow is the big day she has been waiting for and she could not contain the joy that grew inside of her. With smiles on her face, she swung around and giggled heartily, her right leg kicked a nearby box filled with jewels and the content inside of it came rolling out.

Cira tossed around the bed, picked up a pillow and covered her ears, "Can you please stop the noise Daciana" she muttered with a bit of annoyance in her voice.

With a giggle, Daciana got on her knees and began to place the fallen jewelries back into the box. "It's time to wake up Cira, mother will be mad if she comes in and see you still asleep" she teased Cira who grumbled and sat up on the bed, her eyes fixed on Daciana who laughed at her sister's scattered hair and hardcore face.

"You pest!" Cira let out in annoyance, "Let me be, okay, after all, I am not the one so is excited for my eighteen years old birthday, I am way too old for that" Cira noted sleepily, yawned tiredly and laid on the bed, her gaze fixed to the wall.

With the box in her hand, Diaciana placed it gently. She glanced at her sister and smiled. Cira was definitely out late with her boyfriend, that is the reason for her late morning sleep.

"You need to wake up Cira, mum's not going to be pleased with it. We also have to prepare breakfast for father, so you better stand your lazy ass and get to it" Daciana yelled, threw a cloth at Cira and ran away from the room leaving her sister who grumbled in annoyance.

Soon, breakfast was served and the whole family gathered to eat. Immediately after breakfast, Daciana quickly rushed into the bathroom, took a quick bath, walked out, applied oil on her skin and dressed up as fast as she could.

With a hairbrush in her hand, she stood next to a mirror and carefully brushed her long brown hair, her sharp green eyes watching her reflection with a smile on her face. Daciana has always wondered what it will be like to kiss Remus, the love of her life and right now, she just can't wait for the day to run by so fast and open up for tomorrow.

A knock on the door brought her back into reality, Daciana wondered who that may be but as soon as the room door was wide open, the image of her best friend Susan appeared and immediately both girls saw each other, they squealed in joy.

"You are so early Susan" Daciana said in excitement as they both held each other in a hug.

Susan, a blonde with long hair and blue eyes. Susan had the body of an adult already, full breasts and curvy hips that attracted so many male werewolves to her.

Susan smiled sweetly at her friend, "You don't expect me to come late when we both know what tomorrow is" she pointed out and they both squealed in excitement, their hands holding each other.

Daciana smiled and brushed her hair gently, her eyes glued to Susan who sat on the bed.

"Honestly speaking Susan" Daciana said with a giggle, "I just can't wait for me to feel Ramu's hands around me and have him inside of me, that will be a dream come true" she sighed dreamily.

Susan laughed, "You are so much into this guy Daciana" she muttered, paused and looked around like they were being watched by someone.

"I heard that the moon goodness can pick any of the male werewolves as our mates, we don't have the power to decide who we are going to mate with" she whispered to Daciana who looked stunned to the core.

"No way Susan, that has never occurred before!" Daciana blurted out not being able to imagine Remus being given to another female werewolf.

Susan raised an eyebrow, "What do you mean by it has never occurred before?" She asked and quickly answered the question before Daciana could say a word.

"Of course, it is done this way, it has always been like this. You know that this occasion is witnessed by older werewolves who already have a mate. Underage people like us were never allowed to withnessed such a day because it might make up develop s****l urges which might lead us into becoming impatience until the appropriate day" she explained to her friend who stood surprised to hear all those words.

Daciana couldn't believe her ears, she thought that the main reason why underage werewolves in the park are not allowed to watch the newly adult werewolves mate is because the moon goddess prohibited it. Daciana never knew that it was decided just to make them regain their purity just for the assigned day.

She looked up to her friend with a sigh, "I know that Remus will be assigned to me, no one else but me" she affirmed to Susan with so much confidence.

Susan laughed with raised hands, "Alright lover girl, we have to leave now" she stated and both girls walked out of the house, each of them holding an empty basket.

Soon, they got closer to the market giggling with so much excitement, other female werewolves that will be mated tomorrow were not left out, Daciana heard them discussing and laughing excitedly.

"Daciana" a familiar voice called out to her. With her fingers locked around the handle of the basket, Daciana turned to the direction the voice came from and her eyes settled on her boyfriend.

"Oh Remus" she muttered, ran to him and both lovers hugged with smiles on their faces.

"You look so beautiful Daciana, and I can't wait for tomorrow" Ramus, a handsome werewolf with short black hair and gray eyes complimented.

Daciana nodded as her cheeks flushed red by his words, "I can't wait for it too" she replied shyly.

"I will have to go now, see you tomorrow at the gathering" he said sweetly to her, let go of her hand and joined his group of friends as they head towards a path in th clan while Daciana stood and watched him walk away with dreamy eyes.
