Mission Impossible: Shopping

(Sabrina's P.O.V.)

When Sabrina got inside, she immediately called Peggy. She answered, "Hello Sabrina. What's up?"

"I have a date with Gabriel tonight and I have nothing to wear. I don't know where we're going but I don't have anything nice. Please help!", Sabrina said desperately into her phone.

"Okay calm yourself. Deep breath. I'll be there in 5 minutes. We are going on a shopping mission.", Peggy said sounding excited and serious. Then she hung up. Sabrina was ready to go shopping when Peggy showed up. They went into the city headed for the mall. When they reached the mall Peggy dragged her around from store to store looking for the "perfect" dress. They must have been through half the mall. Sabrina was starting to get tired and losing hope about that perfect dress. As they walked past one display, there was a satin form fitting cream color dress with a v neck and lace in the back all the way down to the waist. The dress came just passed the knees.

"That's the dress!" Peggy said excitedly as she grabbed Sabrina and pulled her into the store. Peggy went to go talk to a sales clerk about the dress, leaving Sabrina to browse. Looking through the dress selections, She found a couple of dresses. When Sabrina looked at the price, she nearly fell over. They were more expensive than she could afford. Peggy came towards her and grabbed her hand again.

"We found the dress in your size. The clerk is opening a dressing room for you to try on.", Peggy said as she move towards the dressing room with Sabrina in tow.

"Peggy, the dresses here are more than I can afford. Let's just go to another shop.", Sabrina whispered to her.

"Nonsense. Your birthday is next month so consider it a birthday present from me. Now go try it on and don't even think of looking at that price tag.", Peggy insisted as she pushed Sabrina into the changing room and closed the door behind her. The dress was already hanging there. Sabrina had to admit it was beautiful. She stripped off her clothes and tried it on. The dress was soft as a cloud and fit her perfectly. As she looked at herself in the mirror, Peggy knocked on the door.

"Did you get it on yet? I wanna see it on you.", Peggy said. Sabrina opened the door and stepped out for her friend to see. Peggy stared at her amazed.

"Damn, I didn't think you'd look that good in it.", Peggy said in awe of her friend.

"Thanks.",Sabrina said sarcastically as she smiled at her friend.

"Now you need shoes and accessories. Stay here.", Peggy said as she zipped away to find them. Sabrina walked into the main area of the dressing room. The walls were covered from floor to ceiling with mirrors on all sides. She stepped up on the platform and looked at herself objectively in the mirror. The dress was beautiful on her. She thought of what Gabriel's reaction would be when he saw her. She hoped it wowed him. Peggy soon came back with shoes and a sparkly crystal encrusted belt. Peggy put the belt around her waist and the white inch heeled sandles on her feet. She then stood back to admire her handy work.

"Hell yeah, I'm good. You look amazing my friend. You're gonna knock Gabriel's socks off and maybe his pants too.", Peggy said laughing. Sabrina blushed but she did look amazing.

"I think I'll stick with the socks for now. What would I do without you?", Sabrina said to Peggy turning to see herself rolling her eyes.

"Be a fashionably challenged hermit type lady. You should try for more than the socks. At least his shirt. I bet he has an amazing body. Now, go get changed. We still have more work to do.", Peggy announced as certainty. Sabrina went to change back into her clothes scared by the more work part of Peggy's statement. In her own clothes again, she carried her clothes to the register for Peggy. After that it was a whirlwind of nails, toes, hair and much to her dismay waxing. She had never in her life experienced such torture.

" Do I really have to do this?", Sabrina asked hesitantly.

"Yes you really have to. You don't wanna go on your date furry. Trust me." Peggy said as she encouraged Sabrina to go in the little room. The whole thing was painful to say the least.

When she was done with all that Peggy took her home and worked her magic. She wouldn't let Sabrina look into a mirror until she was completely satisfied. By the time Peggy got done, she had about 10 minutes before Gabriel came to get her. She walked into her room and stood in front of her full length mirror. All that time had definitely paid off, her hair had been pulled up but a ringlet had been left on each side to frame her face. Her make-up was light but her highlighted high cheekbones and full lips with a rose tone lipstick made them stand out. Her skinned glowed against the cream of her dress and shoes. Her nails and toes had been painted the same color of her lips. She stood before her mirror amazed by the magic her friend had preformed for her. She always thought she looked okay, but right now she thought about her beauty. She always kept it hidden.Peggy leaned against her door jam looking over her handy work.

"If this doesn't knock his socks off, I don't know what will.", Peggy said as she smoothed her dress in the back. A knock at the door signaled Gabriel's arrival. Peggy did an excited little dance.

"Let me get that. I want you to make a sexy entrance.", Peggy said as she rushed towards the door. Sabrina closed her eyes and prayed that Peggy didn't say anything embarrassing as she waited for her que.

Peggy opened the door for Gabriel telling him to come in. Gabriel made his way inside and Peggy had him stand in the living room waiting for Sabrina to enter. When Peggy called for her, Sabrina pushed down the butterflies that were fluttering around in her stomach and walked into the living room. The moment she saw Gabriel all the breathe left her body. He was in a black suit complete with a green tie that matched his eyes. He looked like a god in a suit. He stared at her completely in awe. His eyes darkened almost to black with lust for her. Sabrina blushed under his gaze. She could feel a tingling along her skin as if his gaze was touching her like his hands had.

"You look like a beautiful goddess that has stepped down from the heavens.", Gabriel said enchanted with her.

"Thank you. Now, you guys should get going. You don't wanna be late.", Peggy said as she ushered them to the door with a big grin on her face. Sabrina giggled at her friends antics and quickly gave her a hug before grabbing her purse and walking out the door.

"I didn't think you could get anymore handsome but here you are, in a suit no less.", Sabrina said as they walked to his truck. Gabriel smiled as he opened the door for her.

"I figured since it was our do over date, I should go all out. When I saw you, I've thought of nothing else but you and that dress coming off.", Gabriel said in her ear as she got in the truck. Peggy was right. Sabrina did knock his socks off. He had knocked hers off too. Maybe she could get his shirt off. Gabriel got in the truck and headed to their date.
