The Confession

(Sabrina's P.O.V.)
Laying there in the afterglow, Sabrina shifted so she was laying beside Gabriel. She was a little sore but other than that she was happy in the glow of their love. Gabriel kissed her.
"Are you okay?", He asked sweetly.
"Yeah just a little sore. Are you okay?", Sabrina asked.
"I'm great. Stay here I'll run a bath for you. It'll help with the soreness.", Gabriel said as he got up and went into the bathroom. She laid there as she heard water running in the bathroom. Sabrina had given her heart and body to Gabriel. She smiled at herself. She felt so connected to Gabriel. The pleasure she had received was mind blowing. She had no idea s*x could be like that. Gabriel came out of the bathroom with his boxers on.
"The bath is ready.", Gabriel said as he moved over to the bed to help Sabrina up. She sat up and winced as the soreness. Gabriel scooped her up bridal style and carried her inside the bathroom. He careful lowered her into the tub full of bubbles. The hot water of the bath relaxed her muscles and she sat back into the tub.
"I'll be right back.", Gabriel told her as he left the room. A moment later he came back with orange juice for her.
"I thought you might be thirsty.", He smiled awkwardly.
"Thanks.", Sabrina said as she took the glass from him and emptied it. Gabriel took it from her and put it on the counter. He moved over to kiss her.
"If you need anything, just call me. Take your time.", He said sweetly as he left the bathroom. She washed her body and relaxed in the tub for a while going over the night in her mind. She had s*x with Gabriel. She felt good and relaxed. She didn't know what she expected when she thought of losing her virginity but Gabriel had made everything perfect. A beautiful place, candles and dinner. He was so gentle and understanding. He even took care of her after. She feel in love with him more every time they were together. After the water had gone cool, She got out of the tub and dried herself off. She walked out of the bathroom wrapped up in her towel. Gabriel welcomed her back into bed. They laid there snuggled up together.
"Sabrina, there is something that I want to tell you. I'm honestly terrified of how it might affect us but I want you to know everything about me.", Gabriel said hesitantly.
"You used to be a woman or you have an evil twin kinda thing?", Sabrina joked which made Gabriel smile.
"Not exactly like that. I don't know how to tell you this other than to just say it.", He said as he sat up at looked at her seriously. Sabrina sat up amd places her hands on his.
"Whatever it is I'm sure it's not bad. I love you and you can trust me.", She said meaning every word.
"Okay, here goes. I'm a werewolf.", Gabriel confessed. There was a pause of silence.
"What? What do you mean you're a werewolf.", Sabrina uttered completely confused. A werewolf. He couldn't be serious.
"I guess it would be better to show you.", Gabriel said as he got up from the bed.
"Show me?", Sabrina said confused by all this. Gabriel removed his boxers and placed them on the bed. Gabriel's body began to change and shift. Sabrina could hear his bones break and change. He then stood before her as Apollo.
"Apollo? Gabriel is...Apollo. I don't understand. How is this possible?", Sabrina said shocked. Apollo came towards Sabrina. She put her hand out and pet his head like she always had. He was the same sweet boy who saved her from the sickly wolf. Sabrina stopped petting Apollo and asked Gabriel to change back so they could talk. When Gabriel was himself again, he sat on the bed waiting for Sabrina to say something.
"So you're Gabriel but also you're Apollo?", She asked slowly.
"Yes, Werewolves are two souls in one body a gift from the moon Goddess.", Gabriel explained.
"Two souls, one body. I had a dream like that. It was Apollo and you. And a woman's voice said something similar. I thought it was just a dream though. I never imagined it would be real.", Sabrina admitted with disbelief.
"Our Goddess has chosen mates for us. It's a werewolf equivalent to soulmates. She must have tried to give you clues about me because we are mates.", Gabriel confessed nervously. Sabrina was blown away by everything he was telling her. They were mates, he was a werewolf and a Goddess had spoke to her through her dreams. If she hadn't just seen Gabriel change from man to wolf and back again, she might of though he was crazy but she couldn't deny what she had just seen.
"Sabrina, I love you and I would never do anything to hurt you. I know it's a lot to take in but... I'm hoping you can accept us.", Gabriel said sounding totally defeated. Sabrina climbed into his lap and hugged him.
"Werewolf or not, I love you. Besides, who am I to argue with a Goddess. Wait, Does this mean your parents are werewolves too?", Sabrina said with a giggle. Gabriel hugged her tight placing his face in her neck and inhaling.
"Thank you." Gabriel said almost like a prayer. She hugged him back and they sat that way for a while.
"Yes, My parents are werewolves too. Please don't tell anyone about this. Humans aren't supposed to know about us.", Gabriel pleaded to her.
"But you just told me. Let me guess, mates are the exception.", Sabrina thought out loud.
"Mates are the exception.", Gabriel whispered as his warm embrace made her sleepy and she found it hard to keep her eyes open. Gabriel noticed her sleepy face and laid them both down in the bed. Gabriel covered them both with the blanket cuddled together underneath. His warmth and the smell of cedar lulled her to a deep peaceful sleep.
