Adam watched the whole scene ongoing at Isaac’s battle silently as a slight curve revealed itself turning upwards on his lips. He had nothing to say as he watched on silently, a flickering light of remembrance flitting across his eyes. But Horace sighed with the same reminiscing feeling in his voice as he spoke.
Horace: I can now finally see a slight shadow of the former valiance and bravery he once had… how refreshing it is.
Adam said nothing in reply but his deep black void like eyes seemed to smile faintly in response as he watched on, occasionally glancing at the other two sides also doing battle.
Isaac resumed his battle as quickly as he stopped as he charged forward with increasing momentum, he reached the two beasts again as he swung his sword once more, a wide arc was created as a trail of mysterious white light was left behind it.
This time around though, the beasts seemed to have learned a lesson as they changed tactics from carelessly swinging their paws to a rather bizarre and unexpected move. They swung their large heads instead, more specifically, they swung the parts of their heads covered in large amounts of hair.
CLANG!
A seemingly metallic sound rang out following the collision between the sword of the human fighter and the mane covered heads of the beasts.
Isaac slid back slightly following the collision, his expression turned a tad more solemn as he noticed the absence of any trace of injury or blood at the point where his sword met one of the beast’s head, the beast’s mane.
It turned out that the manes of these lions were actually the strongest and hardest part of their bodies, now that Isaac focused on them, he could actually see a slight metallic like luster flickering continuously in and out of sight on the numerous red colored hair forming the green skinned lion’s mane under the influence of the moons’ soft and mysterious light.
“This mane of theirs seems very metal like… looks like they’re not entirely poor in defense, I should aim for their weak points then…”
After doing a quick analysis of the green beasts in front of him, Isaac nodded slightly as he held the sword in his hand with one hand, and then brought down the hand with the sword onto the ground, following which the sword was plunged deep into the ground, firm and unmovable.
He stretched a little bit as he smiled faintly, after which with a thought from him, two mysteriously glowing white cone shaped objects appeared in his hand looking very sharp as they stretched to a length of a half meter, they were spikes, the one other thing that he could easily manipulate his energy to congeal apart from swords like the one on the ground beside him and shields like the one strapped hung onto his left arm like it was strapped there. It also the least amount of energy, sufficiently little enough for him to be able to continuously condense a good number of it.

His smile became slightly mischievous as he muttered under his breath, “Let’s see how good my aim is and how far it can improve to…”
Immediately after those faint words left his mouth, Isaac swung both of his arms as the spikes in them left their places and flew towards the beasts, one following closely behind the other.
The two spikes moved fairly quickly as each one flew to one beast respectively. The beasts looked on at the rapidly approaching spike as they roared angrily, they swatted their giant and heavy looking paws towards the spikes as they intended to break these seemingly insignificant things flying towards them, the two spikes then reached their targets at the next moment. The two things clashed and it was immediately revealed that things didn’t go exactly as expected as the mysteriously glowing spikes they intended to swat down at and scatter with a single swipe proved tougher than the usual and forcefully tore towards their skin. Although they ultimately couldn’t be stopped due to the peculiarity of the spikes, the speed and power behind them was reduced as the two spikes only managed to pierce about a feet deep into their bodies.
ROAR!
Even still, the amount of flesh that the spikes had forcibly torn through elicited roars of pain from the two beasts as their bodies trembled just the slightest bit.
Isaac kept smiling faintly as following another eruption of white mist like energy, another two spikes appeared within his hands, following which he immediately threw them again, each arm jerking slightly as they aimed easily at the giant bodies of the two beasts.
The beasts had seemingly grown smarter this time due to the pain the first two spikes brought, they didn’t try to meet the spikes with their paws, instead using their metal like manes to receive it as they swung their heads in a slightly comic manner. The result was hence one where the spikes actually cracked and disintegrated as they were unable to do any damage to the beasts. They were about to roar again as if to mock Isaac when another two spikes glowing faintly flew towards them leaving a trail of mysterious white behind them.
Isaac refused to play by the rules as he had already aimed another two spikes at the beasts even before they could clash with the ones already ahead, hence they followed closely behind and when the beasts had taken care of the two spikes again and relaxed, they were clearly unprepared against the ones to come.
Squelching noises could be heard as the spikes flew unhindered and pierced straight into the beasts, no sight of them could be seen again as they were buried fully within. Roars of pain involuntarily escaped the mouths of the beasts as their eyes reddened with bloodlust.
Isaac, still grinning relentlessly continued his assault as he condensed and shot out consecutives spikes for a whole three more rounds. The beasts could only yelp and roar some more as several wounds immediately appeared as the spikes pierced all the way in.
Adam stared down at the scene as he smiled faintly, this was a slightly torturous technique but he knew better than any of them what could and what was going to happen next, “They won’t be so easy to take down brother…”
And immediately following his words was a change that Isaac didn’t expect, the two beasts already beginning to look worse for the wear snarled at Isaac as they actually faced him and began to approach him, disregarding their fears of possibly getting poked again.
Their slow walk transformed into a full blown charge as they rapidly closed the distance. Isaac’s eyes widened slightly but he ultimately felt no pressure. So to stop their charge by force, he condensed spike after spike and let loose another three rounds of barraging spikes.
But this time around, he was the one who had to pause in rising surprise at the fact the two beasts, showed little regard for the glowing white spikes continuously impaling their bodies as they fearlessly charged forward. The beasts actually displayed a rare moment of remarkable thinking, one who was an expert would notice that the actions of the lions were a kind of resolute charge, disregarding the barrage of attacks as they charged at the attacker to finish him off, hence cutting off any more attacks.
It was a daring move that needed immense resolve if it were a true thoughtful being that was to do it, but these lions were ultimately ferocious beasts only seeking death and c*****e, after disregarding their wariness and the pain they felt, they were able to put their all into his daring action. After all, if Isaac were to be any stronger, they’d be thoroughly killed by the spikes before they could even reach him.
Nevertheless, the determination of the two beasts seemed to have been set to the highest level as they withstood spike after spike as they rapidly closed the distance.
At the end of the third round of barraging spikes, the raging lions had already basically almost reached a range where they could attack as their red pupils filled with pain and rage reflected Isaac’s figure and only his.
Isaac shivered slightly at this sight, it looked like he had actually pushed these beasts a bit too far.
But he still had no thoughts off stopping, so he shifted his body as began to move back fairly quickly, aiming to lengthen the distance between them again, when the green lion realized what he was doing, they roared with indignation as their fast charges abruptly rose again in speed in a completely unexpected fashion.
“This looks crazy…”
Isaac sarcastically remarked as he also prepared to speed up his backtracking, he couldn’t turn his back to the beast after all, he didn’t dare to, so he moved backwards while witnessing every single change in the beasts’ expressions.
While he was walking backwards, he once again put another foot backwards on the ground when the ground beneath that foot suddenly cracked hard and broke open. Isaac who had just put his foot down was unable to stop his rhythm as he felt the ground beneath his descending foot give way, allowing his foot to slip in as it he stumbled.
At this moment, his expression finally froze as he realized that his foot had actually slipped into a c***k in the ground, as if that wasn’t enough he realized his foot wouldn’t budge as he applied pressure to it.
Adam saw what happened as his eyes widened slightly, Horace watching along with him voicing the words in his head at the moment,
Horace: This isn’t good…
Isaac was stuck and the beasts were fast approaching, when they watched him pause on a spot, oblivious to the sudden dilemma he was thrusted into at the moment, a cruel and determined glint flashed across their eyes as their speed reached the limit and they pushed off the ground.
Isaac could only watch as the figures of the two ferocious beast grew larger in his eyes, he felt panic rise in his body as it shivered involuntarily. His somehow futile attempts at releasing himself from the c***k in the ground grew more vigorous as he spoke in a helpless tone,
“Oh sh*t!...”
