A SUDDEN CLASH WITH DONAL AGAIN.
“Can I ask you a question, Sofia?” Lizzy poured. We were all sitting on the porch enjoying the fresh air that blew across. Accompanied by a faint scent of the ornamental trees that surround the building.
I already knew the question Lizzy wanted to ask me about. But then let me pretend to be naive. Her curiosity is sometimes provocative.
“What question do you want to ask me about?” I demanded. “Anyway, go ahead with your question.” I took a bite of the apple fruit I was holding, patiently waiting for her question.
