Donald's POV.
“Daddy, where is Mommy? Where has she been?” Little Martha asked.
My heart skipped. I believe she has started feeling the absence of her mother.
“Your mom is coming, okay? She went to buy something for you. Just stay calm until she returns.” I spoke calmly.
"Okay,” she answered.
I'm still trapped in a haze of worry. No reasonable information yet from my security guard. Even Inspector Damian is yet to give me any feedback from his investigations so far.
What is actually going on? Who will be taking care of Martha? Considering my busy schedule and commitment to my company.
I need to speak with Lizzy. If it means paying her for the meantime to look after Martha until this period of investigation is over.
