Cassie’s POV
The sun was above the horizon of the clouds before sunset, and I was driving straight to my house. I passed by my restaurant and saw many people inside. My employees were doing very well, and most customers liked to eat at my restaurant. I smiled as I drove home. When I reached the house, I found the gate already open, so I drove into the yard and parked my car. I switched off the music and went straight into the house.
“Hey, Cassie, you look so fantastic. Where are you coming from?” Jaxon asked the moment I entered the house.
“Jaxon, I was with Jane at Mary’s house. She wanted to go live on TV talking about Spencer,” I informed him.
“Why would she do that?” he asked.
