As an Alpha, there were many things Alisha was required to do that she didn’t like but there were times when those things actually came in handy and this was one of those times. From the moment the door opened and the new students were ushered in, Alisha could immediately tell exactly what they were from their scents alone. It wasn’t an uncommon thing to do, most wolves and vampires can tell their species apart through scent, however, very few folks can tell what subgroup the person belonged to unless they were knowledgeable about and well trained in identifying the distinct scents for each group which Alisha happened to be.
