CHRISTOPHER'S POV I woke up with a banging headache, which should have been my first inkling that today might not go as well as I would have liked. It must have been all the wine I consumed last night at dinner. I stayed up late with my uncle long after everyone had gone home to catch up. "If you think your plan isn't working out," he told me. “Then you should dump it for a new one.“ I'm pretty certain he's a psychic because I didn't even have to talk to him about my problem. He must have known something was bothering me. “Dump it right away?“ “As soon as you can, so you can focus on a new one. Distractions aren't what you need in this business line.“ “I really can't afford to get distracted.“ I agreed with him. Now I was regretting not stopping after that first bottle we downed.
