I woke up to my alarm Ringing loudly.

It's a nice Sunny day . I turn of my Alarm and checked the time its 7 am. i got up from my bed and went to my bathroom i took a shower and started my morning skincare Routine.... After that i went to my walk in closet and started dressing up .

Today I'm wearing a pair of denim jeans pairing with a white lace crop top

with low block nude heels I'm wearing natural makeup with my gold hoop earrings . And obviously my necklace which is gifted by my boyfriend Nicolas.

its 8 am now and I'm late for office . but its no big deal because i work in my father's office and right now I'm just learning how to work . i went down stairs to the kitchen.... while using my phone and that's when i got a message

from my love nick.

*Morning*

and i replied

*Good Morning baby*

"Mia"

and my father called my name i quickly went to him he kissed me on the cheek

my mother is drinking her coffee

my mother said " why are you late for breakfast??

You know today your father had a important meeting he has to cancel it because he doesn't want to disturb his princess's sleep "

my father then spoke while smilling ;

" Stop!! Alice she doesn't need to know that ; you can scold her later, let her eat her breakfast first"

then mom said " I'm not scolding her ; I'm just asking her to be a little careful from next time!!! "

then i spoke " Mom!! Dad !!!! stop.... I'll be careful from next time..... ok....now No fighting "

Mom just rolled her eyes and went to kitchen to check on the maids

My mom is a little strict in nature

while my father is complete opposite of her. he doesn't take things seriously.

After breakfast we left for office..... dad doesn't let me do any work he don't assign me real work....i just attend boring meetings and read files of deals.

as we reached office we had to attend 3 meetings in a row and now I'm really tired and its already 2 pm.

And my father is still discussing a deal with his secretary when my life saver my bestie katie arrived to safe me from the boring work. she also works in my dad's company.

Katie knocked the door and my dad glanced at her.

He already knows why she's here. so he just shaked his head in defeat and signed me to go without saying anything.

When i went out of his office i said to Katie " you are a life saver katie , i was so bored hearing dad and Mr. Khan discussing about the Blossom Project for an hour "

katie giggled and said " That I know I am , and u owe me chocolate shake for that "

*And we went out for lunch in a nearby restaurant*

she asks me while drinking her chocolate shake ;

" tell me one thing where is your phone your boyfriend had been messaging me , asking about you , why are you not picking up his calls ??? "

I sighed " You know that dad doesn't know about nick . That I am dating the biggest Mafia Boss of the city . that's why i didn't picked his calls "

then she said " Did nicolas know that you have not told your dad about him "

I lowered my head like a little girl and she squinted her eyes while looking at me

and i said " Nope" while putting force on p.

she flicks my forehead and says " You know if he comes to know that you are hidding your relationship of 1 year from your dad he will be really mad ; and you definitely know that he is short tempered ...... RIGHT "

i quickly said " 1 year and 6 months "

she rolls her eyes " you just focused on that ???? "

I giggled and replied " Yup because only that's important ; and he will not be mad at me because he loves me and i love him "

she smiled at me.

After that we ate our lunch while doing office talk.

before i returned to the office i called nick but he didn't picked up my call

so I messaged him that today i was really busy and my phone was on silent mode that's why I didn't picked his calls

after we finish our lunch we went back to the office....

since i don't have my own office right now so i sit in my daddy office. as his office is really big his office walls is made of glass which means we can see through it and my table is near the entrance of his office while his table is at the very back.

when i entered his office my dad was coughing i quickly went to him and gave him a glass of water and asked him " dad are you ok , you should rest a little ; I'm sure that you didn't even eat your lunch??? "

my dad looked at me with love in his eyes " My little Princess , i did ate my lunch and thanks for worrying for me you're just like your mom "

i sulked " dad I'm not little now stop calling me little Princess!!! "

dad laughed and said " you'll always be my little Princess " and kissed my forehead.

then he said " But that doesn't mean you are off the hook today , now quickly grab those files and start reading"

i went to my seat and starts reading but i always wonder that when ever dad mentions that I'm just like my mom his eyes starts to well up water . but i tries to ignore it.

Its already 5 pm which means office time is over.... i wrapped up the files on my table and went to dad.

" dad the office time is over let's go home"

dad said " i have some more work to do. so you can head home i will ask the driver to take you home "

i quickly said before he can call aur driver " no dad ; there is no need to call the driver I'll leave with katie we're going to a party as you know tomorrow is a weekend "

i said to him while showing my innocent smile

he then squints his eyes and looked at me and said " yeah i forget about that ; but !!! you should always remember the rules that...."

i quickly cut him and said " yesss i know the rules no revealing dresses!! not drinking like a pirate !!!!! no drugs !!!! and not Popping my chery till I'm 25.....see i remember ok "

dad sighed and said " ok ! ok ! although you didn't need to mention that chery thing!! "

i giggled and went to the door of his office and said " I'll be back home after the weekend, bye dad i love you and mom and don't over work "

and quickly ran out before he can say anything but i heard him saying

" you better be home young lady before morning"
