June’s POV Hank came barreling in with wood towed behind Bunny and Octavio, the horses trotting pretty. But they really didn’t catch my eye for long, for there was thick black smoke on the setting sun that came from the direction of town. “Everything alright?” I called out to Hank, seeing his somber expression.
