We got back to our pack and went straight to Kain and Siah's house. Gavin wasn't back yet, but that might be a good thing. Hopefully he's getting somewhere.
While we waited for him, we filled Kain in on what Alpha Landon said. Kain agreed with me that it didn't sound like he was just looking for someone. There has to be more to it. I just don't understand how Maverick is able to show up at different packs without anyone knowing who he is.
As long as Kain is close to our pack, he can feel it when an intruder crosses our boarders. Why are these Alpha's just allowing him to show up, unannounced and unwelcome? Where is the pack security? If I noticed someone at one of our parties that I didn't know, I would question who they were and why they were there.
