Caspian woke up to the sound of something scraping outside the window. He sat up and looked around, trying to remember where he was. He then realized he was in castle Durant, and the memories of that awful night came back to him.
As he got out of bed, he noticed that his clothes were different, and he was wearing a cloak that looked like it was made of fine velvet. He also found a sword and a shield next to his bed. He knew he had to explore the castle and try to find some answers.
He stepped out of the room and into a long corridor. The walls were made of stone, and the floor was covered in a thick red carpet. He saw several doors on either side of the corridor, but they were all closed.
