I’d woken up at dawn to go hunting. I didn’t want to wander too far from Sky, she seemed to be a s**t magnet with trouble finding her every chance it got. I shifted into Annukka and sniffed around. She picked up on a couple of rabbits’ scent and caught them pretty quickly.
I’d be able to build a small fire and cook them since the sun was up now. I shifted back and knelt down to clean them with Sky’s hunting knife. The Commander had been an asshole and wouldn’t give me one of my own.
