As Orie watched Shin, he heard the voices of the gods saying "Time up. It's his turn now." and the markings on body faded away. Then he snapped his fingers and was immediately dressed like his normal self with the overcoat and scarf and backed away.
Shin grabbed Endo and jumped out of the pit then put him in a sitting position and said to him "I need you to listen to me"
The rage inside Endo was too much. there was no way he was going to comply with the man that massacred his entire kingdom but that wasn't the only reason. Everyone; including Shin found it strange that throughout the entire ordeal, he didn't utter any word. If anyone was as enraged as Endo was he would have at least let out some the rage verbally and even if his mind was in disarray, a thousand years alone was quit
