CHAPTER THIRTY-TWO
*Calista* Dominic arrived in a limo, big surprise, and when we entered, I was shocked to see his arm draped around a woman. She looked a lot younger than him, dressed in a red glittery dress that stopped above her mid-thigh. Her makeup was heavy, as light brown eyes hid beneath layers of mascara and eyeliner. Adrian and I got settled in the seat across from them, as Dominic's eyes raked over my body. I hid the cringe that played at my lips, and instead smiled at the two of them. I felt myself inching closer to Adrian's side, until our arms were flush with one another. He must have noticed, because he wrapped his arm around my shoulders and pulled me in close.
