DEVVY’S POV
WE are currently outside the school. We are having lunch in a buffet restaurant one kilometer away from our school. I’m done telling them what happened during my meeting with Matthew yesterday. And again, Hunter was included.
Now, Yannnie asked about what Calisha whispered to me in the class a while ago. “Come on. Tell us.”
“She just wants to meet with me later, but don’t worry. I can handle myself,” I just told them and flashed a smile.
“I really wonder what she will do again now. I feel like she has a bad intention because she wants to meet with you,” Mikayla stated.
“Anyway, let’s go now. It’s already 12:25 p.m.,” I said as I fixed myself and prepared to stand up.
We left the restaurant and looked for a cab.
