Arranged Love Marriage

Chapter 2

Y/n P.O.V

Dad: "Y/n honey, you are soon going to marry the son of the Choi group"

Me: "WHAT ??????"

Mom: "Y/n pls calm down and listen to your dad"

Me: "Listen what mom, u guys just cannot fix my marriage with anyone without my concern and moreover i am just 19"

Dad: "y/n even if we want, we can't stop this marriage" 

Me: "And why so ??"

Dad: "The Kim family and our family are family friends, my mom and Mr. Kim’s mom were friends since diapers. They promised each other or should I say that they took an oath that they will get their children married but unfortunately both of them gave birth to boys so the oath shifted to our children and according to it you and the son of Mr Kim will get marry. This was your grandmother's last wish so please don't say no"

Dad explained this to me with tears in his eyes and i hate it, I hate to see tears in his eyes. My grandmother passed away when i was only 10 years old. Me and Somi both were very attached to our grandmother as she was the one who used to spend time with us and used to take care of us whenever mom and dad went to business trips, she always wanted me to take over the business after dad and that's the only reason why i am doing business studies otherwise i always wanted to be an artist (Painter) and for the sake of my grandmother's last wish i agreed to the wedding

Me: "al-alright, f-for the sake of g-gr-grandma's l-last w-wish I- I will ma-marry that g-guy"

i agreed to the wedding while sobbing, i am always very sensitive towards anything that involves my grandmother

As soon as i agreed Mom and dad immediately hugged me and tried to calm me down they were thanking me again and again  and both of them had tears in their eyes

(A/n: umm i know this was kinda confusing but it basically means that it was y/n's late grandmother's wish that y/n will get married to the son of Mr. Kim so she agreed) 

Mom: "We were planning to introduce you and your soon to be husband after we come back from our business trip because you seem to be mad at first but now that you know the whole story let's meet your soon to be husband and his family day after tomorrow that is a sunday at dinner. We will go to shop for your dress tomorrow and also invite wheein and moonbyul for shopping they both have good taste"

Me: "Okay"

I said while wiping away my tears

Mom was excitedly and happily telling me her planning but then it suddenly clicked me

Me: "But mom aren't you and dad going on a business trip tomorrow ???"

Dad just chuckled and said that they will postpone the trip, mom excitedly took her phone and called someone which i assume was Mrs. Kim and informed her that I am ready to meet her son

I just shook my head and went to my room, I closed the door behind me, toke out my phone, went to gallery and looked at a specific picture and mumbled to myself

"I think it's time to give up on you" with that being said i closed my phone

Taehyung's P.O.V

 It's been half an hour since me and the guys returned from the company. At the company we were told that we can take a break of two weeks and then we will start working on a new album. we will were hella tired after all we just returned from a world tour so we decided to freshen up, order some pizzas, watch a movie and then went to sleep...

I just got out of the bathroom and i saw three missed calls from my mom i was just about to call her back when she again called me, I immediately answered the call

On Call

Tae Bear: "Hello eomma"

Eomma J-hope: “It’s Okay Tae everything will be fine”

Jin: “Yes don’t lose hope”

TIME SKIP (At the mall)

Y/n P.O.V 

I was at the mall with Wheein and Moonbyul i told them the whole story over phone yesterday only. We were now out shopping at VIP mall so not so many customers are here we visited many shops but not found any perfect dress, some dresses which i liked the girls didn't like, while there some dresses which the girls like i didn't like and there were even some dresses which both of all of us liked but the size wasn't available and finally after spending around two and half hours of shopping we finally got a perfect elegant maroon dress, after paying for the dress we went to the food court and had our lunch. While i was having lunch i saw a guy staring at me but i just shrugged it off.

Taehyung P.O.V

We were at a VIP mall shopping and finally after hours of shopping we found a perfect suit for me after spending hours of shopping we all were hungry so we went to the food court to have our lunch. While eating a noticed a group of three girls and one of them caught my attention. She was the same girl i saw on the road helping the old women

Jungkook: "HYUNG you there, you are again spacing out"

Jungkook said it while waving his hand in front of my face

I came back to reality 

Jimin: "Taehyung the girl you were staring at just now isn't the one who helped that ahjumma to cross the road"

Before I could speak Namjoon hyung started asking me questions

Namjoon: “Wait a minute which girl???”

He questioned me and the hyung line looked at me demanding for answers

Jimin: “Hyung let me tell you”

He said and told everyone what happened at the street

They all giggled at me

Me: "Shut up you punks, I wasn't staring at her"

Jimin and Jungkook: "Sure"

They said while giggling
