" Anyways,I am off,see you when I see you. Also,do not overwork yourself?,stress is dotting on you. ", Derick said in concern, Vannette hugged him,she felt electric bolting shock through her veins,but this was not their first hug,they always hug eachother as their farewell,then why is electricity flowing through her veins?, What's the new feeling?, Derick felt the same way too,their was something different about this hug,he felt this overwhelming pleasure.
Derick broke the hug and ruffled her hair, he didn't say anything,his eyes portraying different conflicted emotions, he just left confused, Vanny hardly concentrated in work,she was confused too.
She turned to continue what she was doing ,with the twins helping her out with the sales,she was able to finish early.
"Let's close in for the day !", Naya said with a smile, "And,this time hope you kept some pastries for us!", Maya seconded.
" Yes,I couldn't forget to,I know you would never let me be,if I don't. ", Vannette laughed,she closed in and they walked home. Although,the bakery was small but that was how they made their living.
"I can't wait to devour the biscuits,once we are home !", Naya said excitedly as she held Vannette's left hand,while Maya held Naya's left hand,making Naya stay in the middle,as they chatted happily and walked through the streets.
Once they got home, Vannette was lost in thoughts, Naya sat next to Vannette. "Earth to Vannette.", Naya spoke bringing Vannette out of her thoughts.
"You hardly daydream,who are you thinking about,that Greek god isn't it?", Maya teased waving her hand at me.
"You have failed in your endeavour to tease me,as you said I hardly daydream.", Vannette stuck out her tongue.
"But,that doesn't make it impossible,you know..", Naya replied this time.
"Okay okay,yes I was. And,it's not really about the Greek god. It's about, Derick.", Vannette confessed she could see the weird stares they were granting her.
"His your best friend,why day dream about him?", Maya reasoned then gasped.
Naya thought the same as Maya, "Do you like him?"
" I don't know... I doubt it,arghhh I am confused.", Vannette pulled her hair, " Fifty fifty?", Vannette only nodded at what Maya said,it was indeed fifty fifty.
"How about the Greek god?", Naya asked as the man was handsome," you two fit perfectly."
Maya pursed her lips," Hold on, you said Sister Vannette and that foreign man fit perfectly,now you are saying Sister Vannette and the Greek god fit perfectly,make up your mind,stop this being indecisive."
" I can't,both of them are too good-looking.", Vannette laughed at Naya's indecisiveness...
" You madam are a lost cause.", Maya let out an exasperated sigh, Naya was too indecisive.
Naya giggled.
