“Is that how you greet a guest?” Griffon said nonchalantly. He smiled at Lilly, staring at her hungrily. He licked his lips a little and stepped towards her. Lilly instinctively backed away. “What do you want Griffon?” She asked him with annoyance in her voice. Crossing her arms, Lilly sat down on her couch across from him. Griffon sat on the couch opposite her, grinning from ear to ear.
Lilly tried not to look at Griffon. He was like kryptonite to her and she could rarely resist his advances. For some reason their intimacy is great but they do not get along outside of the bedroom. “Look, we tried to make this work before Griffon, and it didn’t work out. Remember?” She asked. He shrugged his shoulders and took drag from his cigarette. “Darling, I’m not thinking about the past. I’m thinking about you. Right now,” he said as he stood up pulling Lilly closer to him. She looked up at him, he was tall around 6’4 with a chiseled jaw and the body of a Greek god. Lilly felt like putty in his hands. He had light brown hair and hazel eyes that sparkle when she looks too deeply in them. “I can’t,” she muttered. Leaning in for a kiss Griffon chuckled a bit. “What was that?” He gently grabbed Lilly’s core and began to rub it. She wanted him badly but knew the consequences if she were to go through with it. She was still emotionally attached to Griffon and she didn’t want to be. Lilly gently pushed him away shaking her head no. Griffon stared at her with his cigarette hanging out his lip and his sunglasses sitting on the bridge of his nose.
Griffon stepped closer reaching his arms out to Lilly not saying a word. She turned her back to him and lowered her head. “I can’t do this anymore,” she told him. “I love you enough to let you go.” Griffon put his arms at his side. He looked away then back at Lilly who still had her back turned to him. He stepped to her turning her around forcefully. Grabbing both her arms in a firm grip, he kissed her passionately, deeply, and lovingly. He kissed her until their tongues were tired. After releasing her swollen lips, they stop and stare into each other’s eyes for a brief moment as if saying their last goodbyes to each other. “See you around,” he said to her as he disappeared out the front entryway. She looked out the window and watched as the guards let him pass and also bowed as to show respect for him. Lilly was going to miss Griffon but she knew where her heart truly was. She just needed to look through her telescope again to find him.
Lilly had began doing some research on earth in the coming weeks in order to prepare for her trip. The excitement was getting the best of her and Lisa was becoming restless. They pinpointed his location as Memphis, Tennessee and soon they were on their way to earth. “I can’t believe you’re dragging me in this,” said Lisa. Lilly knew she was taking a different approach than what she would normally do but in order to ensure the moon kingdoms future she had to find out who he is.
Lisa grew more and more nervous the closer they got to earth. She knew the secret she had been keeping would have to be told eventually. One hundred years should have been more than enough time to prepare to tell Lilly the truth. Lisa let out a small sigh and tried to take her mind off the situation. What were the odds she would find this guy anyway? Lisa sat back as the ship coasted through space to earth.
