For a moment, I almost wondered if I had dreamt everything all which included….the kiss, the argument, the storm in his eyes when I forced him to admit what it meant. But the ache in my chest told me it hadn’t been a dream. It was real. Too real. Camila moved a bit beside me, still lost in her sleep, her face pale but more at peace than last night.
