I sat pensively on the edge of the bed, looking at my reflection in the mirror with my mind wandering here and there. My breathing was ragged, my chest felt very tight as I thought about what happened this morning.
Lenora gave me no answers and Alpha Brynmor's answers gave me no satisfaction. It was obvious that what Lenora said was true, and I couldn't calm down. I was now like a stupid girl worrying about something I didn't know.
