I didn’t know but I suddenly felt nervous. I just finished talking to Grandpa and finally coaxed him not to come into the island. He traveled this far, not just for our business meeting with other potential business partners, but also to see Katniss and I, getting really well together.
‘And of course, we’re not.’
And I couldn’t let him know that.
So, just to divert him from coming to the island, I needed to accompany him strolling around the place. My old man enjoyed his day. We went fishing together until the sun went down. Luckily he agreed on going back to the city using my chopper.
Now, I was traveling back with my speed boat. And even with how fast this stupid thing was, I was still not satisfied.
