The next two days passed by in a blur of beach walks and late-night talks. I loved every moment of it, learning more and more about Marsh and hearing about his life in Ireland. His tales fed my growing travel bug, and I mentally began to calculate just how much it would cost me to go there. It would probably be a small fortune, but I didn't care. “I can't imagine leaving such a beautiful place,” I sighed, curling my legs beneath me as I sat on the couch before passing a bowl of noodles to Marsh. “Thank you,” Marsh replied. “It was a hard choice, but one of necessity.” I nodded, stirring my soup. “I have to go back to the city tomorrow,” I said softly, spooning up some noodles but not eating.
