The world was sometimes filled with a lot of strange things.
Special places hold special circumstances.
Tenebris was different from the rest of the lands. Strange occurrences in Tenebris was the norm there. Creatures with no origins. Plants with different colours and metabolisms. Tenebris was a place filled with mysteries. Very few ventured into Tenebris out of curiosity and returned alive. At some point, whoever did, would come back with a myriad of information about the place.
At some point, a book was created.
There were precautions and countermeasures in the book for when one found themselves in Tenebris, or in any strange situation that might lead them to Tenebris-like phenomenons.
