**** Aaron’s PoV**** Since being scratched by the guard a few days ago the hallucinations had become increasingly worse. One minute I was hallucinating my own death, the next the gruesome wedding of Calypso and the prince she tried so hard to escape. I was beginning not to trust my own eyes, as I laid against the chains binding me to the structure, fluttering my eyes shut every so often when the hallucinations became too much for my mind to handle. The last one as that Calypso would reject my advances simply, because I was human, which felt as if a dull knife had been plunged into my heart.
