"Kai, get up, sweetheart. We have to go to school today." I said, shaking her peacefully sleeping frame and she groaned, turning around, gripping the pillow as she shoved her face in the mattress.
"Papa, we are not going to school, I am going to school. Besides, no-one is this excited for getting up early. Can't I sleep like for five minutes more?" She asked me and before I could've denied her request, Alderic walked inside the room.
