"Theo," Alderic said, holding my wrist when I was about to open the door of his car to leave for my house.
I looked at him, nodding my head as I turned around. His grip on my hand increased, the fear was clear as day in his eyes. For once, I felt scared to go to my own house. I was scared of the outcome, for once. But then again, I had never been the brave one.
