Chapter 3I turned into the long drive beside the big house and let the minivan roll to a stop just in front of the garage. “I’ll get the luggage, babe,” Theo said, and I unlocked the rear passenger door. “Wills! Wills!” Marti bolted down the steps from the back porch, holding up the voluminous skirts of her gown. By the time she reached me, I was out of the minivan, and she threw herself into my arms. “Happy birthday! Happy anniversary! You have to hurry!
