I turn away and take my eyes off of them. I look at Liam and feel the nerves in my stomach quiver and make me feel anxious. They were there and they saw me with Liam. Liam looks over his shoulder at me and smiles and I try to smile back, but I fear it came out more of a grimace. He finishes paying and turns to me with the nachos in his hand and a large drink in the other, a bucket-size Pepsi with two straws.
" All good" he says, and I nod and try to smile again.
" Yeah, yeah, come on, let's go get our seats. " I rushed out nervously. I could feel them staring at my back. He looks at me and frowns. " Are you OK ? " He asks, and I nod.
" Yeah of course, I just can't wait to dig in " I look down at the nachos and he laughs.
" Well, then let's get my lady to her seat so she can dig in
