Mr. Perfectionist!

1200 Words
Snow's POV I was restless in my seat as I played with the ballpoint pen I was holding. I turned my head back to the door, waiting for someone. Pierre Archer. I've wanted him since I first saw him at this university. Nope. He's the man I've been thinking about for a long time. Why not? This guy is not only fascinating but also astute. His height is greater than that of the average male on campus. He personifies perfect and unwavering masculinity. And something about his eyes makes me forget who and what I am when I look at them. Even his stare does not refer to me. That is entirely fine with me. Despite the fact that every man on campus had their sights set on me, there was only one person I desired to be mine: Him. Why hasn't he shown up yet? He should be here. My neck becomes very stiff as I lift my head from time to time. I'm not sure whether I'll be disappointed or sad if I don't see him today, considering that I find a way to see him from a distance almost every day. It's a unique chance to see him right now without running into trouble. Grrrr!! Where is he now? I was taken aback when I heard a scream..." Miss del Cielo?" Oh no! The most terrible professor has already arrived, and the way he shouted at me you'll think I've been caught cheating. Ear pain! Wait, why is he here instead of Pierre? I looked at Amber closely and it seemed that she didn't know anything about the incident just by the way she shrugged her shoulders. "Yes, Sir?" I swear I didn't notice him coming in! Am I really that occupied with what I did earlier? Now I'm in a complete mess because this teacher always catches me off guard. Hello? Doesn't he know what the word daydreaming means?" "If you're looking for Mr. Hidalgo well, Pierre..." he paused and looked behind him, "please do the attendance first." Then he looked at us and continued, "He will be in charge of the class today because I have some important matters to attend to. Goodbye class, be good, okay?" then he quickly walked out of the room. Was Pierre here the entire time? Shame!!!! I heard the class laugh, and some whistle as if teasing. But that's fine with me. I prefer that. . I want to see how the almighty Pierre reacts when teased. He walked to the front with authority, as if everything was normal for him. Then he started checking the attendance. "Why didn't you tell me he was already there?" I whispered to Amber next to me. I noticed Kurt sitting on the exact edge of the teacher's table in front of me out of the corner of my eye. "I don't know that you didn't notice though," she laughed. No matter which side of my brain I'm on, I'm crazy about this guy. As I watched him, I wondered why I hadn't noticed him sooner. Now I realize. He recently had his hair cut. Oh, and dang! It only increased his charm. It serves him well. Really. I don't like blinking as I stare at him. Trying to get his focus on mine. If you look at me, Pierre, I'll clean up the whole university. Please give me one glance. My mind tried to convince me. Amber baffled me by elbowing me in the side. I quickly raised my hand," Pres--" "Were you even paying attention?" he asked with annoyance, cutting my words. The entire class bursts out laughing. Someone even proposed that I was just looking for a lot of attention. Please, look at me! More... Please scold me even more harshly. Amber laughed and whispered beside me, "What happened? Just playing a fool?" "You bastard, you nudged me so I thought he called me by my name," my response. "How could I not do that, you're such a moron!" she whispered back at me. "I thought you'd not be able to wake up from a deep coma. You've been staring too much at him. Enough saliva in your mouth is enough to turn you into a crazy mad dog." "Del Cielo, Snow Katherine?" Pierre called out to me. Oh, it's nice to hear my name pronounced the way he does; it's as if I'm floating in the sky, and if the only thing he would add "Will you marry me? I raised my right hand. "Pres..." "Doi, Grace?" Pierre continued calling. When he immediately called another name, my hand was still in the air. I hadn't even finished my sentence when he abruptly called someone else. Immediately? I didn't even notice our gazes meeting for a few seconds. 'Are you serious, Pierre? What a shambles!!! "Did you see that?" I asked Amber. "Shhh. He's looking," she said back, elbowing me. "Was he?" I asked, not looking at Pierre. I'm still not convinced. "Why don't you plan on an Oplan seduction? You're desperate," she joked. "What are you, and why should I care?" I questioned. "Well, he'll graduate this year, just to remind you," Amber said softly. "Will you help me?" I questioned. Suddenly, making a decision. Amber simply rolled her eyes. Amber's words make me think. The mere thought of him graduating seems to stab my chest. Because he is in his final year, it will be sooner. And they may begin their internship in the coming months. It appears that I am in desperate need of my first wild move. Whichever the circumstance may be. Pierre took his work seriously. He only gave us a few worksheets to complete that day, so the class was relatively quiet. While I kept staring at him all the time. I recall what happened when I first spotted him and why I haven't forgotten him since. It was when I pretended to go to the library to avoid an annoying suitor. I never used to go to the library. While falsely claiming to buy a book, I noticed him reading a thick book at the far end of the window. Is that similar to an encyclopedia? I'm not sure. Our gazes were unexpectedly locked. But he took a moment to look down so quickly. I didn't take my gaze away from him. I knew then, with a brief look, he got me. I've never felt such an intense attraction to a man ever in my life. I was about to take a seat next to him when he abruptly stood up. He walked past me, leaving me alone. My gaze was fixed on him as he walked away. His simple walk jars all of my senses. I made an effort to see him every day after that. The bell abruptly rang, indicating the end of the first subject. My reminiscing was cut short. Pierre concluded, "Just finish your worksheets at home." My classmates stood, and some were approaching him. I wanted to approach but couldn't come up with a reason. Before I could do it, Amber drew me out after I gave him one last look. Still, what a wonderful day it is!
