2nd episode

With that , you got up and kissed her forehead and helped her lay down on the bed. You covered her with the duvet and left the room. You got to the living room and picked up your plate while his clear picture was shown on the TV but unfortunately you didn't looked at him. You sighed and walked towards kitchen and washed all the plates. Then , you walked upstairs and laid down on your bed and drifted to sleep.

On the other hand , those men who came in the cafe when you were about to close it , they went to Jungkook. They knocked at the door and Jungkook ordered them to come in. "where were you guys?" he asked. "Sir we were at the cafe" one of them said who grabbed your wrist. "which cafe?" he asked. "that one at the end of the street" he said. Jungkook remembered you and looked at the clock. "wasn't it closed by now?" he raised brows.

"no sir only a girl was there and he attempted to-" he didn't speak the rest of the sentence. "attempted to what?" Jungkook said tilting his head. No one them spoke what happened there. "ATTEMPTED TO WHAT?!" this time he yelled at them. "umm....s-sir it was me I attempted to h-har-harrass that girl".

These words came out of his mouth like a whisper. "well done what did she do then ofcourse she would be helpless right" Jungkook said. "you'll have to apologize to her okay" Jungkook said. The man nodded and everyone left the room. Jungkook laid his head on the back of the seat and closed his eyes as your face came infront of his eyes. He quickly opened his eyes and shrugged it off. "why the hell am I thinking about her?" he said and took out his mobile.

He looked at the time and realized that it was late night. He got up and walked towards his room.

NEXT DAY:

You woke and heard your grandma coughing. You quickly got up from your bed and walked towards her room. "grandma are you feeling okay? what happen?" you asked. She slowly looked at you and said "I think m-my (cough) time is near".

You frowned at her words and angrily sat beside her. "what do you mean ma? nothing's gonna happen to you okay" you said and side hugged her. "one day everyone has to go okay" she said with a small smile on he face. "it's a bitter truth but I can't loose you I don't have anyone" you said and pouted.

"don't worry you'll have a boyfriend and (cough) then have a beautiful family with him" she said. "grandma it's hard bcz my standards are too high bcz of watching those dramas which are not even real I don't know how can I find mine on" you said as she laughed. "it's okay you will find him and may be you had find him but didn't know" she said.

"umm.... no grandma there is no boy I know" you said as she chuckled at your cuteness. "I said don't worry you'll find him okay" she said and kissed your cheeks. You got up and said "okay so today I'm not going to work I'll just be right here with you and talk about a lot of things". Your grandma nodded and said "but what about your manager? he will be angry right?". You nodded and hummed. "but I don't care let him be angry it suits him" you said and laughed.

"I'll bring the dinner okay" you said and walked downstairs. You made delicious pancakes and the whole house was full of it's delicious smell. "mmhhh" you said and took a bite from it. "chef y/n is coming" you said and walked upstairs. "that already looks delicious y/n" she said as you gave a her a bright smile. Your phone started ringing in the other room.

"keep eating grandma I'm coming okay" you said and got up leaving the room. You looked at the ID and it was your annoying manager. You rolled your eyes and picked up his call. "y/n why aren't you still at cafe huh?" he said anger visible in his voice. "sir I'm sorry I can't come today bcz my grandma is ill I want to stay with her please give me a holiday today" you said. "okay I'll give but I'll cut money from your pay" he said.

"but sir listen-" you couldn't speak anymore bcz he cancelled the call. "okay keep doing that atleast it's only for this month" you said and threw your mobile on the bed , walking back to your grandma's room. "who was it?" she asked. "no one my annoying manager he asked me to come but I refused" you said while sitting on the bed. "then? wasn't he angry on you?" she said.

"I don't care I'm also a human I need a day off" you frowned. "you're right chef y/n" she said as you giggled. "ummmm....I'll give you medicines but....I don't remember where I place that box" you said scratching your temple and roaming your eyes around the room. "there it is" you said and place the chair infront of the cupboard and stood on it. "here you go grandma let me bring water okay" you said and left the room.

You came back and gave water to her. She started taking medicines and drank water. "you know I didn't slept the whole night bcz I was coughing" she said. "grandma you could've just called me" you said and made a sad face. "I'm sorry grandma" you said looking down. "it's totally okay y/n but I'm feeling sleepy right now" she said as you quickly stood up and said "okay then I'll leave you here and I'll wake up up in the evening is that okay?". She nodded and laid down and you left the room.

You sighed and walked downstairs sitting on the swing outside your home and enjoying the cool sunny weather. Jungkook , on the other hand , drove to your cafe. He had that boy with him who tried to harassed you. He stepped out of his car and walked in and stopped out of the counter. He rang the bell and Nayeon came out. "yes sir what do you like to have?" she said. "y/n where's she?" he said.

"umm.....sir she didn't came today wait I'll ask manager" she said and walked to the manager. "sir why isn't y/n here yet?" Nayeon asked. "that girl is literally getting on my nerves first she flirted with that tall guy and then her grandma is ill by they way why are you asking. "a boy came here and asked for her" she said.

"is that tall guy and wearing a mask and all black" manger said. Nayeon looked at him from head to toe and looked back in. "yes sir it's totally him" she said. "go back to work I'll deal with him" he said and stood up walking towards the counter. "yes who do you want to meet?" he said. "I don't repeat myself" Jungkook rolled his eyes back. "ohh so you're looking for y/n" he said. "ofcourse it's better than looking at your annoying face Mr.Jack" he said.

"h-how did you know my name?" he said. "will you please f*****g tell me where is y/n?" Jungkook clenched his fists. "she has taken a day off bcz her grandma was ill" he said. Jungkook sighed and turned around. "wait what's your name?" Mr Jack said. "jeon I'm jeon jungkook" he said taking off his mask. "j-jeon j-j-jungkook" he stuttered. "yes and don't dare to tell anyone who am in or it would take less than a second to cut you in half".

Mr Jack gulped and saw him going. "why is he asking for y/n? doesn't she know that he's a dangerous mafia?" Mr Jack said to himself. Jungkook walked out of the cafe and sat in. "what happened sir? isn't she here?" the man asked. "why? do you again wanna harass her" he said.

"no no no sir I won't ever harass her" he said and looked away. Jungkook sighed heavily and drove to your home. After reaching there , he got out and saw you sitting on the swing using your mobile. You heard someone's car stoped near you but you didn't glanced at that side. "hi" you heard a familiar yet cold husky voice. You quickly looked at him and recognized him. "hi good afternoon ummm..... sorry what's your name I didn't asked" you said.

He turned around and signalled his man to come out. You peaked from his shoulder and saw the same man who came to your cafe. "you? again?" you said a little scared from him. "do you know him?" Jungkook said. "yes he tried to harass me and even though I asked them to leave bcz the cafe was about to close but still they didn't listened to me".

You said all this in one breathe and he was staring at you on how cutely you were complaining about him. You didn't knew when you started punching the air. He chuckled at your cute behaviour and you looked at him thinking 'why is he giggling? did I do something embarrassing'. He looked at the man and his expressions quickly changed to anger and cold. "apologize her" he said deep and cold.

He nodded and said "I apologize y/n". Jungkook quickly looked at him and said "y/n? is she your freind huh? it's Miss for you okay". You were shocker and startled at his words. "I'm sorry Miss I apologize" he said as you slowly nodded looking at Jungkook. "go back in" he coldly said. Jungkook looked at you and stepped a little closer. "what's your name?" you said. "Jeon Jungkook" he said and to him you didn't act surprised. "do you know me?" he said. "no I know for like two day days ago" you said. "that's good if you didn't know that I'm mafia" words came out his mouth like a whisper. "what did you said?" you asked him. "nothing by the way (he held your hand and caressed your knuckles) don't punch in the air when you're angry it will hurt you". You just stood there frozen and without any expression.

And walked back to his car and drove away.
