I tried not to let despair seep in, but it seemed that with every day ticking by, the hole in my heart became deeper. I worked myself into exhaustion each day just so I could sleep. We spent the last month at the pack working on a plan with what little information we had. We were going back to the campsite for one more week to try again and if we were not able to get what we needed, the plan was to go in blind. Xander, Dad, Jack and Kristine were going to a council meeting. Once everyone was inside the building, Mavis was going to magically lock it down while everyone was placed under arrest and put in cells. The rest of us were going to break into the compound, we would have it surrounded so no one could leave.
