I felt fingers trailing slowly up and down my arm as I finally woke up. The hospital seemed fairly quiet still. "That tickles," I giggled, turning my head to look at Nikolai. He smiled down at me and then slowly kissed me softly and sweetly. We laid there in silence for a while, just watching each other happy to be together. A quiet knock on the door brought us back to reality as my mom and dad walked in. I jumped up, hugging them both, I had missed them so much. After some tears and them both checking me over to make sure I was ok, things settled down. Mom had brought me a nice soft stretchy dress that was a beautiful purple and underclothes.
