Emma got to the parking lot and was about to open the door of her car when she heard someone banging on a car, she traced the sound and found Stacy leaning against her car with closed eyes and banging on it with frustration written all over her face. Emma walked towards her and Stacy didn't seem to notice Emma's presence.
"what's the matter Stacy" Emma asked with concern and Stacy opened her eyes and looked at stacy
"it's nothing" Stacy said not willing to share her worries. Emma looked ant Stacy and walked towards her. Emma leaned on the car
"Stacy, I know that you don't like to share your worries, but believe me it's not going to solve anything, and I also know that you are cold to strangers but I want to be your friend Stacy, we are already coworkers so can we be friends too" Emma said looking at Stacy
Stacy looked at Emma with a smile 'why can't I refuse this girl she sounds so caring and since my parents left me, all my friends left me too and it won't hurt to be friends with such a good designer'
"OK Emma" Stacy said with a smile and Emma smiled back
"great so tell me what's wrong" Emma asked
"it's this damn car it won't start " Stacy complained
"OK give me your address let me drive you to your house" Emma said
"no no don't worry I'll take a taxi home my house is a little bit far from here" Stacy refused
"come on Stacy I thought we were friends" Emma pouted
"yes we are friends but-" Stacy trailed off
"great so get into the car and let's go" Emma said and forced Stacy into the car
when stacy got into the car Emma drove out of sparkling beauty
"alright Stacy left or right?" Emma asked
"go right" Stacy replied pointing to the right
"Ok" Emma said and drove off
Stacy continued to direct Emma until Emma realized something
"Stacy where do you live" Emma asked
"I live in the sixth apartment of Rose bay" Stacy replied making Emma's eyes to widen in surprise
"wow Stacy we actually live in the same building" Emma exclaimed excitedly
"Really?" Stacy asked with the same excitement in her voice
"yeah, I live in the third apartment in Rose bay" Emma explained
"oh you mean that house that is always empty?" Stacy asked
"yeah my dad bought the apartment" Emma said
"oh come to think of it, when I was on my way to work this morning I heard some of our neighbors talking about a new tenant not knowing that it was you" Stacy said with an obvious smile on her face
"so I can come to your house for a sleep over at any time" Stacy joked
"that right girl" Emma said with a smile
"did you also buy the sixth apartment?" Emma asked
"no my rent is going to be expired next week" Stacy said
"oh that's great you can move into my apartment, it's actually boring to say there alone" Emma said
"really?" Stacy asked excitedly but the excited look on her face fell the next second
"but aren't you worried that I'm going to be a hindrance to your private life" Stacy said fidgeting her fingers
"which private life are you talking about Stacy? " Emma said
"like when your boyfriend comes over to visit you I'm going to be a third wheel" Stacy said and Emma bit her lower lips to stop her from bursting into laughter but she couldn't hold it in once she saw the look on Stacy's face
She burst into a fit of laughter
"sorry, but who told you that I had a boyfriend Stacy" Emma asked
"but-" Stacy didn't know what to say
"you should have seen the look on your face stacy" Emma said with a visible smile on her face
"so it's settled you will moved into my apartment once your rent is expired" Emma said
When they got to Rose bay building they said goodbye to each other and went into their apartment
