CHAPTER 7

(COLLEAGUES INTRODUCTIONS )

"miss Emma this is your office" Henry said pointing to the office next to his, receiving a nod from Emma

"And because your office is next to mine, you will need to work more, you will be like my assistant" Henry said

"OK sir, but may I ask you a question" Emma asked

"go ahead" Henry said

"why me?, there are other people here who are more professional than me" Emma said

"we saw your talent miss Emma and in sparkling beauty, we not only hire people, we also train people who have talents to help them shine brighter than before, it's more like, bringing gold out of the soil and taking it to a furnace to remove impurities and help it shine brighter." Henry explained patiently

"okay sir, I'll do my best" Emma said

Henry knocked at the office after Emma's and entered

"Miss Stacy" Henry called

"yes sir, good morning sir" Stacy said and stood up

Henry nodded and said "this is miss Emma Jones, your new collegue"

"nice to meet you, I am Stacy Hart" Stacy said with a cold expression which made Emma feel a little uncomfortable

"I'm Emma Jones" she replied

"she will be my assistant so any thing you want to submit to me bring it to her first" Henry said

"okay sir" Stacy replied and Henry turned to leave while Emma followed

As soon as they were out of the Office Henry said

"don't mind Stacy she is a little cold to new people but when you get to know her, she is a fun person to be with and she is also a very good designer she was hired last two years.

"OK" Emma said

Henry introduced Emma to her remaining colleagues like Bianca, Wendy, Melody, and a few more before they proceeded to check out Emma's office

Emma saw a desk which had her name on it. The desk was similar to Stacy's there was a telephone on the right side of the desk and on the left, well arranged papers were placed there with a paper tape on top.

And there was also a sketch board close to her chair.

"miss Emma, this is your office and as you know, your work starts today and each day you have to submit two designs on my table I've already told your colleagues to submit to you with their name written on it and when the new employees resume tomorrow I'll also tell them." Henry said

"thank you sir." Emma said

"it's my job miss Emma "Henry nodded with a smile and left

Seeing Henry leave the office Emmma sat on the sit

"gosh I feel so lucky to be accepted" Emma sighed and took a paper and pasted it on the sketch board.
